Rachel holds a bachelor of music degree in musical theatre from Baldwin Wallace University and has performed in theatres across the USA, eventually basing herself in New York City. While in New York Rachel served as the Vice President of the board of directors of The Stonewall Chorale, the nations first mixed-voice LGBTQ+ Chorale, and directed the 60+ member chorale in the New York premiere of Quiet No More: A Chorale Celebration of Stonewall, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. In 2020, Rachel relocated to the UK to pursue a master’s degree in musical theatre from Guildford School of Acting, earning the award for Best Overall Postgraduate Performance for her course. Rachel is currently an Associate Lecturer in Musical Theatre at the University of Worcester, and recently music directed the Generation Q Collective’s show Queer My Throat at Midlands Arts Center, Birmingham.
